- Event Cancelled:
Hosts keep the prizes for right now until we either reschedule or scrap the whole thing.We have the list of who we gave prizes to, and will ESP you.
- Cannot Host:
If you are a host and cannot host and it is *VERY* last minute....just ESP or email one of the Event Organisers shown on the schedule home page and we will get a fill in for you, or maybe we can reschedule.
(** If you have to cancel YOU MUST return the prize set to us or the Event Caretaker **)
- No-Show host:
Please ESP one of the Event Organisers shown at the bottom of this page if a host is 15 minutes late. We will try to set up a Back Up host of the same or similar game in the same Locale. If no backup host is available, prizes must be returned to us or the Event Caretaker.
- World Crashed:
Depending if a game was not finished, the amount of time down, and if the hosts can finish their game/return...only then will we have a plan. So please be patient as we reschedule things. It would be best to ESP that Game host instead of us, as we will be terribly busy with all the other hosts until things are reworked.
- Game Attendance Rule:
For an Event Game to go ahead there has to be a minimum of 6 players in attendance,if this is not met the Event Prizes must be returned to the Event Organizers & the game cancelled.
- 60% Outside Hosting Rule:
Events wishing to be sponsored must have 60% or more of the games held in an outside locale. Events with less than 60% hosted outside will not be sponsored or will be removed from sponsorship. Please bear that in mind if your considering to host.
